The couple is proceeding against several different websites requesting to remove nude pictures of them that were obviously hacked. In the hacked photo Stella appears taking a selfie of her in the bathroom while Kristen poses behind her without any clothes.

Scott Whitehead, Stewart’s lawyer, challenged the sites that have published photos of the couple. He alleges that publishing this photo is an obvious infraction of copyright laws. This picture belongs to Stella and Kristen and if they don't give permission, nobody can use it for any purpose.

Other celebrities such as Lindsey Vonn, Katharine McPhee, Tiger Woods and Miley Cyrus have also been hacked photos published on those sites.
