All of that makes it impossible to be with that person. Luckily, today there are methods to find the antidote for getting away from this toxic type of relationship.
Toxic relationships are those that affect us in our home, with our partners, who inadvertently day after day haunt us with their negative comments about us. Or at work, with a secretary, dispatch, security guard, or even with our boss who could be very good on some occasions, but extremely cruel in others.

It becomes a dark and desolate world; it takes away the desire to live and if we do not seek professional help our problem will only get worse. Those relationships do not make us feel good, they make our energy level fall low. It pollutes our humor and, many times, we become depressed or have anxiety.
It is very important to be aware of it and do something right now because it not only affects you psychologically, but could even harm your health. It can create serious problems at work and even destroy your relationship to the point of divorce.
If you find out that you are living in a toxic relationship: The first recommendation is to get professional help if the person you have a toxic relationship with wants to change. If we cannot change others, it is useless and frustrating. The only thing you will win is an increased stress level!
